Questions

Does JukeDock download videos?
No. JukeDock saves only each video's link and title, and plays it with YouTube's official player.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, videos stream from YouTube. Your racks and categories are stored on your computer and stay available offline.
Do I need a YouTube account?
No. Just copy and paste a YouTube link.
Are there ads?
JukeDock itself has no ads. Because videos play in YouTube's player, some videos may show YouTube's own ads.
Can I hide the app and just listen?
No. Videos play in YouTube's official embedded player. To comply with YouTube's rules, JukeDock doesn't play audio when the video is hidden. Mini view is the way to keep it small.
Can every video be played?
Videos whose owners turned off embedding can't play inside JukeDock. For those, an "Open on YouTube" button takes you to the browser.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your computer. The last 7 days are backed up automatically, and you can export your rack from the menu to move it to another computer.
Can I use it on both Mac and Windows?
The Mac version is sold on the Mac App Store and the Windows version on the Microsoft Store. Each store requires its own purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. We recommend trying the 7-day free trial first.
